Locking Koi with App Lock

App Lock keeps your Koi private by asking you to unlock the app with your face, fingerprint, or your phone's passcode.

🔒 Turn on App Lock

1. Open the menu and tap Security.
2. Switch on App Lock.
3. Unlock once to confirm.

Koi then asks you to unlock it each time you open the app, and when you come back after a minute or more away.

📱 Setting up your phone first

App Lock uses the face, fingerprint, or passcode set up on your phone. If Koi says your device doesn't have one, add it in your phone's settings, then switch on App Lock.
