Canceling Koi Gold

You can cancel Koi Gold anytime through your device settings.

🍎 To cancel on iOS:

1. Open your device's Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Select Koi and tap Cancel Subscription.

🤖 To cancel on Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Koi and tap Cancel subscription.

Canceling stops future billing but keeps your Gold features until the end of the current billing cycle, so you'll still have Koi Gold until the original expiry date.
