Creating habits, goals, lists, and trackers

Koi gives you a few ways to track yourself. You can add any of them from the + button on the home screen, or from their area in the menu or bottom navigation.
✅ Habits
Habits are recurring routines. Tap +, give it a title, choose how often it repeats (daily, weekly, and more) and a time of day, then add an optional reminder and an emoji icon. Complete a habit by tapping its checkmark on the home screen.
🎯 Goals
Goals are larger things you are working toward. Add a title, an optional due date, and optional milestones, which are smaller steps. When a goal has milestones, finish those to complete the goal.
📝 Lists
Lists are simple checklists for to-dos that do not need a schedule. Give the list a name and add items you can check off.
📊 Trackers
Trackers let you record things over time. Choose a type: a scale (such as 1 to 5), a number with a unit, a text note, or a single-tap event, then log entries whenever you like. You will find Trackers in the menu.
🗓️ Logging a past day
Missed a day? Open the calendar from the home screen, choose the date, then tap the item and mark it complete for that day.
