🐛 Report a problem from the app

The quickest way to report a bug is from inside Koi. Open the menu and tap Report a Problem. This opens an email with your app version, device, and account ID already filled in, which helps us find the issue faster. Just describe what happened and the steps that led to it.

Important: please create a backup of your data before uninstalling the app, since Koi data is stored locally on your device.
