Notifications and reminders

Open the menu and tap Notifications to choose what Koi sends you.

⏰ Daily reminders

Switch each one on or off, and tap it to choose the time:

• Wake Up: 7:00 AM to start
• Morning Check in: 8:00 AM
• Koi Feeding: 12:00 PM, and it stays quiet on days your koi have already eaten
• Sleep Time: 9:00 PM

🌿 Gentle Reminders and Pond Observations

These arrive at a random moment between your Wake Up and Sleep Time, for a calm nudge during your day.

✅ Reminders for habits, goals, and trackers

Each habit, goal, and milestone has its own Remind Me setting, and each tracker has a Reminder. Set them when you create or edit the item. Milestone reminders need a due date.

💌 Vibe notifications

On the Friends page, tap the settings button and switch Vibe Notifications on or off.

🔔 Not getting notifications?

If notifications are switched off for Koi on your phone, the Notifications page shows Notifications are off. Tap Enable Notifications to open your phone's settings and switch them on.
